Amy Yoder

Always having an interest in staging and reviving homes, Amy Beth entered the real estate world excited to be a part of the entire process. She received her license in December of 2015, and is using her staging experience to help clients prepare their homes for listing, as well as to help buyers see untapped potential in houses on the market. Prior to real estate, Amy Beth worked as a preschool teacher until she fostered children and subsequently adopted two of these foster children. She then stayed at home with them and her two older children while working on her real estate courses. Amy Beth has always loved the process of finding the perfect home; assessing her clients’ wants and needs and then narrowing the search and finding “the one” is her favorite part of being a Realtor. She is excited to continually learn more ways to help exceed clients’ expectations before, during, and after the transaction. Amy Beth is kept busy outside of work with the activities of her four kids, including a LOT of soccer, both at the high school and college level. She is also an animal lover, and has fostered numerous dogs for Regard4Life Rescue until they, too, find the perfect home.
