Melanie Northcutt Crocker

As a businesswoman born-and-raised in Longview, Melanie Northcutt Crocker believes constant personal and professional growth is the recipe for success. Since graduating from Pine Tree High School in 2002 and Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in 2006, Melanie returned to her hometown with a renewed love and passion for her community. After working in sales and marketing after college, Melanie earned her real estate license in 2013. Since the beginning, she had a dream to open up a new and different type of real estate brokerage and give back to her hometown. So, in February 2017, she officially formed Sugar Magnolia Properties! Melanie embraced the opportunity for a boutique style real estate firm that focuses not only on taking care of clients, but also on good ol’ fashioned, neighborhood hospitality. Melanie enjoys working with clients who truly become friends. She believes open and consistent communication with a touch of grace and empathy goes a long way. She loves helping her community buy and sell their homes, and looks forward to meeting you!
